Booking & Cancellation Policies
Booking & Reservations
A booking request does not guarantee availability until it has been confirmed by Shine On Surf. We recommend booking in advance, especially during busy seasons.
Deposits
A deposit may be required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance can be paid on the day of your lesson or surf adventure unless otherwise specified.
Cancellations
We understand that plans can change.
β’ Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled experience may receive a refund of their deposit or the option to reschedule.
β’ Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the experience may result in the loss of the deposit.
Ocean & Weather Conditions
Surfing depends on ocean conditions. For your safety and enjoyment, Shine On Surf reserves the right to modify the time, location, or date of an experience if conditions are not suitable.
If we cancel due to unsafe conditions, guests will have the option to reschedule or receive a refund.
Arrival Time
Please arrive on time for your lesson or surf trip. Late arrivals may reduce water time and could affect the experience for the rest of the group.
Health & Safety
Participants should feel comfortable in the ocean and have basic swimming abilities. Any injuries, medical conditions, or concerns should be communicated before the experience.
Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. While we do our best to help keep items safe, Shine On Surf is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
